// Terms of Service

The Rules
Of The Game.

Standard terms for PYM programs — registration, payment, conduct, and the IP that powers our work. Plain English. No surprises.

// Last Updated: May 3, 2026 ยท Effective Date: May 3, 2026

Plain-English summary: By registering for PYM programs, you're agreeing to standard youth-sports rules: pay your fees, follow safety guidelines, accept that basketball involves physical risk, and don't redistribute our internal materials (Shooting Lab data, Shooter Rating methodology, etc.).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing profoundym.com or registering for any PYM program, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our programs. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must agree on the participant's behalf.

PYM offers basketball camps, clinics, 1-on-1 training, 3-on-3 leagues, the PYM Shooting Lab, school partnerships, and related youth development programming. Specific program details (dates, pricing, locations) are described on the relevant pages of this site and in registration materials.

3. Registration & Payment

Securing a Spot

A player’s spot in any PYM program is reserved upon receipt of full payment. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee enrollment until payment is received.

6. Code of Conduct

All PYM participants — players, parents, coaches, and staff — agree to:

PYM reserves the right to dismiss any participant violating this code without refund. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent bans from PYM programs.

7. Photo & Video Release

PYM may photograph or record sessions for promotional, social media, and educational purposes. During registration, parents may opt out of having their player included. Opt-out requests are honored on best-effort basis, and you may revoke consent at any time by emailing profoundym@gmail.com.

8. Intellectual Property

The following are the proprietary intellectual property of Profound Youth Movement and Rod Saintyl:

Players and parents receive personal report cards and may share their own data freely. Redistribution, reverse engineering, or commercial use of PYM methodologies, workbooks, or curricula without written license is prohibited.

9. School & Partnership Licensing

Schools, programs, and organizations interested in licensing the PYM Shooting Lab or curriculum should contact us. Licensing is governed by separate written agreements at the Enrichment, Varsity, or District tier.

10. Account & Communication

You agree to provide accurate information during registration. PYM may contact you via email, phone, or text regarding program logistics, schedule changes, and PYM updates. Marketing communication is opt-in only.

11. Termination

PYM may terminate program participation for code-of-conduct violations, non-payment, or behavior that endangers other participants. Refund eligibility in such cases is at PYM's discretion.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication between the parties. Unresolved disputes will be subject to the courts of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
