Plain-English summary: By registering for PYM programs, you're agreeing to standard youth-sports rules: pay your fees, follow safety guidelines, accept that basketball involves physical risk, and don't redistribute our internal materials (Shooting Lab data, Shooter Rating methodology, etc.).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing profoundym.com or registering for any PYM program, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our programs. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must agree on the participant's behalf.
2. Programs & Services
PYM offers basketball camps, clinics, 1-on-1 training, 3-on-3 leagues, the PYM Shooting Lab, school partnerships, and related youth development programming. Specific program details (dates, pricing, locations) are described on the relevant pages of this site and in registration materials.
3. Registration & Payment
Securing a Spot
A player’s spot in any PYM program is reserved upon receipt of full payment. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee enrollment until payment is received.
Payment Methods
We accept payment via CashApp ($Profoundym), PayPal (@PYMovement), Venmo (@Profoundym), Zelle, and Apple Pay (347-882-5439). PYM does not accept credit card information through this website.
Fees
Current PYM Summer Camp 2026 pricing:
- $250 — new players
- $200 — returning players
- $175 — referral rate (when bringing another player)
School licensing tiers (Enrichment $999, Varsity $1,999, District custom) are billed separately under partnership agreements.
4. Refund Policy
- Before camp begins: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee, requested at least 7 days before the start date.
- After camp begins: Pro-rated refunds may be considered for documented medical reasons or family emergencies, at PYM's discretion.
- Missed sessions: No refunds or credits for sessions missed due to scheduling conflicts, vacations, or non-attendance.
- Program cancellation by PYM: Full refund of any unused program fees.
5. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Basketball is a physical activity that involves inherent risks of injury. By registering a player, the parent/guardian:
- Acknowledges these risks
- Confirms the player is in suitable physical condition to participate
- Agrees to disclose any medical conditions relevant to participation
- Authorizes emergency medical care if needed
Within the limits permitted by Pennsylvania law, PYM, its coaches, and its facilities are not liable for ordinary injuries sustained during normal program participation.
6. Code of Conduct
All PYM participants — players, parents, coaches, and staff — agree to:
- Treat all participants and staff with respect
- Follow facility rules and coach instructions
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or violence of any kind
- Use appropriate language and behavior
PYM reserves the right to dismiss any participant violating this code without refund. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent bans from PYM programs.
7. Photo & Video Release
PYM may photograph or record sessions for promotional, social media, and educational purposes. During registration, parents may opt out of having their player included. Opt-out requests are honored on best-effort basis, and you may revoke consent at any time by emailing profoundym@gmail.com.
